I bought these bellow more than 20 years ago - in the late 80's for close up work. I originally used it with my Nikon F3 film SLR camera. Today, it works very nicely with the Nikon D700 that I bought this year. Amazing compatibility!

Nikon DR-5 Right Angle Viewfinder
I use this viewfinder with the bellows for close up work. The 2X magnification is great for critical focussing. This screw-on viewfinder only fits the D700. For the D300 you need the slip-on DR-6.
